* L’Ange Michel, Brilliant Park with rides for all ages. Water rides open June to Aug. 20 minutes drive. A favourite with our children.

* The Aquarium, St, Malo. Fabulous place with a ride on the Nautibus. Good for less sunny days! A hit with all ages from 6 months upwards!

* Cobac Park, 40 minutes drive fantastic theme and water park. Enjoyed by all.

* Champreus Zoo, Brilliant for all ages with Lemur Reserve - up close and personal! A Must See   

* Alligator Bay , A short drive, near Le Mont St Michel. Great fun!

* Chateau La Bourbansais Zoo, Fabulous day out - recommended!   

* Feistyland, Caen

* St Malo, beautiful Ville close town with fabulous beaches. 20 minutes drive

* Granville, Lovely day out, comes alive at night with the Casino. Sail to the Isles de Chausey.

* Jullouville, gorgeous long sandy beach gently shoalling to the sea - very safe for children. Recommended.

* Cancale - Oyster heaven. A must do for lunch. Small beach and rides for children. Buy your own oysters and mussels to cook at home! Also visit Cherrieux on the way home and fly a kite on the beach and watch the land yachts.
