All
items are normally available from stock and usually dispatched on a same or
next day basis. If delivery is an issue, please state at the time of ordering.
Prices
are as shown on this website. Catalogue prices are stated in the catalogue or
on lists and are guaranteed for a
period of six months after the publication date.
Credit
terms of up to 14 days are available for all bona fide traders after the first
order has been received and dispatched. First orders must be paid in full at
the time of ordering. Credit is not available to individuals/retail sales.
UK mainland
delivery is by First Class post or Secured Carrier to the address provided on
the order form.
Overseas
delivery is by Royal Mail International Service. Insurance is available on
request. Overseas customers should check postage rates with us before providing
payment.
Damages
and shortages must be reported within three working days of delivery.
